APPLICATION
Honor Council Requirements
1. Regularly publish and distribute information about meetings and events to the membership; includes joint publications w/Blue Lodges. (1 point for each publication)

2. Attendance at Annual Grand Council session by members of the progressive line.
(2 points for each officer; 1 point for each additional member)

3. Attendance at Grand Lecturer's Workshop by officers of the progressive line and members.

4. Visits to other Councils by at least 4 members. (One of the top 3 officers must attend - 2 points; 1 point for each additional officer or member)

5. Give a York Rite presentation in a Blue Lodge. (3 points per occasion)

6. Give Cryptic educational presentations in open Council. (3 points per occasion)

7. Full form opening or closing (1 point each for either alone; 3 points for both the same night.)

8. Confer or exemplify a Cryptic degree.

9. Attendance at an Official Visit. (Top 3 officers 2 points; 1 point each additional member)

10. Confer a Cryptic Award to a non-Mason, or announce a Council sponsored event in the newspaper or on radio. (5 points each event)

11. Hold a fundraiser for CMMRF. (5 points each event)

12. Hold a prospect night inviting members from area Blue Lodges. (10 points each event)

13. Show a positive increase in Council membership.

14. Turn in Annual Council Returns to the Grand Recorder on time with the appropriate funds.

Total number of points possible: 174. Minimum mandatory required: 74, plus an additional 26 points for a total of 100 points minimum to achieve award.
