The Annual Conclave will be held in the Masonic Temple,
South Market St. & Cedar Ave., Mechanicsburg, PA on
SATURDAY, MAY 5, 2012 at 3:00 P.M., D.S.T.
for the purpose of conducting the election and
installation of officers for the year 2012-2013 the
reception of approved candidates, the introduction
of proposals for membership, and the transaction of
such business as may be presented.
Officers' Dress - Tuxedo with Jewel, Members - Informal with Jewel
Dinner will follow the meeting at a cost of $13.00 per person.
